Common use of Landlord’s Right to Enter Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Right to Enter. To permit Landlord and its agents to enter the Premises at reasonable times after reasonable notice to examine the Premises, to make such repairs and replacements as Landlord may elect or as Landlord may be required to perform hereunder, and to show the Premises to prospective purchasers, lenders and tenants, and, during the last six months of the Term, to keep affixed in suitable places notices of availability of the Premises.
