Common use of Landlord's Right to Estoppel Certificate Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Right to Estoppel Certificate. Tenant shall, within fifteen (15) days after Landlord's request, execute and deliver to Landlord a written declaration, in form and substance similar to Exhibit "D", in recordable form: (1) ratifying this Lease; (2) expressing the Commencement Date and termination date hereof; (3) certifying that this Lease is in full force and effect and has not been assigned, modified, supplemented or amended (except by such writing as shall be stated); (4) that, if true, all conditions under this Lease to be performed by Landlord have been satisfied; (5) that there are no defenses or offsets against the enforcement of this Lease by the Landlord, or stating those claimed by Tenant; (6) the amount of advance rental, if any, (or none if such is the case) paid by Tenant; (7) the date to which rental has been paid; (8) the amount of security deposited with Landlord; and (9) such other information as Landlord may reasonably request. Landlord's mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.

Landlord's ’s landlord and its mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.

Landlord's mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.

Landlord's mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.

Landlord's mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.. 45.2

Landlord's mortgage lenders and/or purchasers shall be entitled to rely upon such declaration.
