Landlord’s Right to Exhibit Premises. Landlord or Landlord's agents, employees or representatives shall have the right to show the Premises during the Lease term to persons wishing to purchase or grant fee mortgages on the Premises. Landlord or Landlord's agents, employees or other representatives shall have the right within the last six (6) months of the Lease term to place notices on any parts of the Premises, offering the Premises for lease and at any time during the Lease term, offering the Premises for sale, and Tenant shall permit the signs to remain without hindrance or molestation.
