XXXXXX agrees to accept the Property subject to and subordinate to any existing or future mortgage or other liens and the LANDLORD reserves the right to subject the Property to the same. B. XXXXXX agrees to and hereby irrevocably grants the LANDLORD power of attorney for TENANT for the sole purpose of executing and delivering in the name of the TENANT any documents related to the LANDLORD’S right to subject the Property to a mortgage or other lien.
