Landlord's Right to Perform Work. Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to perform, on behalf of and for the account of Tenant, subject to reimbursement of the cost thereof by Tenant, any and all of the Tenant's Work which Landlord determines, in its sole discretion, should be performed immediately and on an emergency basis for the best interest of the Shopping Center and public safety, including without limitation, work which pertains to structural, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and general utility systems, and roofing.
