LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO RELET IN CASE OF VACANCY. In case the Leased Premises shall be deserted or vacated for a delay of NINETY (90) days, then, the Landlord shall have the right, if it thinks fit and so long as it complies with the laws of Ontario, to enter the same, as the agent of the Tenant either by force or otherwise without being liable to any prosecution therefore, and to relet the said premises as the agent and at the risk of the said Tenant and to receive the rent therefor.
