Common use of Landlord’s Right to Remove Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Right to Remove. Any Personal Property which shall remain in the Leased Premises after the expiration of sixty (60) calendar days after the Lease Expiration Date may, at the option of Landlord, be deemed to have been abandoned by Tenant and either may be retained by Landlord as its Property or be disposed of, without accountability, in such manner as Landlord Representative may determine necessary, desirable or appropriate, and Tenant, upon demand, shall pay the reasonable cost of such disposal, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date such costs were incurred until reimbursed by Xxxxxx, together with reasonable attorneys’ fees, charges and costs.
