Common use of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit C, and all reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto from time to time put into effect by Landlord (the "RULES AND REGULATIONS"). Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will tend to create waste or a nuisance, or which shall tend to unreasonably disturb other tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of the Rules and Regulations by any other tenants or occupants on the Building. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to enforce the Rules and Regulations in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. In the event of an express and direct conflict between the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of this Lease and the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of such rules and regulations, as modified and amended from time to time by Landlord, this Lease shall control.
