Common use of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall observe and comply with the Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit “D”, and such reasonable amendments and additions thereto as Landlord may from time to time promulgate with notice to Tenant and enforce on a non-discriminatory basis. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-performance of said rules and regulations by any other tenants of the Project.

Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-performance of said rules and regulations by of any other tenants of the ProjectBuilding.
