Landlord shall credit Tenant with Tenant’s Pro Rata Share of any abatement, reduction or recovery of any Taxes attributable to the Lease Term less Tenant’s Pro Rata Share of all costs and expenses incurred by Landlord, including attorney’s fees, in connection with such abatement, reduction or recovery.
