Common use of Landlord's Termination Notice Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Termination Notice. Anything contained in ----------------------------- this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, if any default shall occur which entitles Landlord to terminate this Lease, Landlord shall have no right to terminate this Lease unless, following the expiration of the period of time given Developer to cure such default or the act or omission which gave rise to such default, Landlord shall notify every Leasehold Mortgagee of Landlord's intent to so terminate ("Termination Notice") at least thirty (30) days in advance of the proposed effective date of such termination if such default is capable of being cured by the payment of money ("Termination Notice Period"), and at least sixty (60) days in advance of the proposed effective date of such termination if such default is not capable of being cured by the payment of money (also a "Termination Notice Period"). The provisions of subsection 4.7, shall apply if, during such thirty (30) or sixty (60) day Termination Notice Period, any Leasehold Mortgagee shall:
