LANDLORD’S WORK LETTER Clause Samples

The Landlord’s Work Letter is a clause that outlines the specific improvements, repairs, or construction tasks the landlord is responsible for completing in the leased premises, typically before the tenant moves in. It details the scope of work, timelines for completion, and may include standards for materials or workmanship, such as installing new flooring, painting, or upgrading lighting. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the landlord’s obligations regarding the condition and readiness of the space, thereby preventing disputes and setting expectations for the commencement of the lease.
