Common use of Landowner Interest Clause in Contracts

Landowner Interest. The Landowner, being the registered proprietor of the Land at the time of execution of this Deed, acknowledges that Council requires the registration of this Deed on the folio of the Land under section 7.6 of the EPA Act and that, on registration by the Registrar- General, this Deed will be binding on and enforceable against the registered proprietor of the Land from time to time as if each registered proprietor for the time being had entered into this Deed.
