Landscape Work Maintenance. Landscape maintenance for a period of six (6) months beginning, the first day after the date of the Project's Substantial Completion. All work to be performed in accordance to contract documents; for instructions and guidelines refer to Section 6 - Landscape Maintenance and Plant Establishment and all referred and applicable sections. Payment for this item of work will be on a monthly basis.
