Language of Dispute Resolution. All proceedings under this Article 19 (including pursuant to any other means of dispute resolution) shall be conducted in the English language and all documents exchanged among the Parties or submitted in the context of a proceeding under this Article 19 (including pursuant to any other means of dispute resolution) shall be in English or shall be accompanied with a certified English translation of the original document.
