Lapse of First Call Option. At the end of the First Call Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite a Buyer's name on Exhibit C under the heading "Upon Exercise of the First Call Option" and that are not included in the First Call Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the First Call Option.
