Lapse of First Put Option. At the end of the First Put Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite an H&Q Party's name on Exhibit B under the heading "Upon Exercise of the First Put Option" and that are not included in the First Put Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the First Put Option.
