Lapse of Second Call Option. At the end of the Second Call Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite a Buyer's name on Exhibit C under the heading "Upon Exercise of the Second Call Option" and that are not included in the Second Call Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the Second Call Option.
