Lapse of Third Call Option. At the end of the Third Call Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite a Buyer's name on Exhibit C under the heading "Upon Exercise of the Third Call Option" and that are not included in the Third Call Election Notice shall no longer subject be to the Third Call Option.
