Lapse of Third Put Option. At the end of the Third Put Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite an H&Q Party's name on Exhibit B under the heading "Upon Exercise of the Third Put Option" and that are not included in the Third Put Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the Third Put Option.
