Lapse Upon Expiration Sample Clauses

Lapse Upon Expiration. To the extent that this Option is not exercised prior to the applicable expiration date set forth in Section 2(b) or Section 3 of this Agreement, all rights of Optionee under this Option shall thereupon be forfeited.
