Common use of Lapsed Fees Clause in Contracts

Lapsed Fees. If Customer has lapsed in the payment of Fees due hereunder, Darktrace may suspend access to the Offering and prior to reactivating, Customer will be responsible for paying all Fees associated with the Offering from the date of suspension through to the then-current date.

Lapsed Fees. If Customer has lapsed in the payment of Fees due hereunder, Darktrace may suspend access to the Offering provision of Services and prior to reactivatingrecommencement of the Services by Darktrace, Customer will be responsible for paying all Fees fees associated with the Offering from the date of suspension such Services were stopped through to the then-current date.
