Last Scheduled Payments. The aggregate principal balance of the Last Scheduled Payments of Final Payment Receivables that are Initial Receivables, as a percentage of the Initial Pool Balance as of the Initial Cutoff Date, shall be not greater than 26%. The aggregate principal balance of the Last Scheduled Payments of Final Payment Receivables that are Subsequent Receivables sold to the Purchaser on a Subsequent Transfer Date, as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date, as a percentage of the aggregate principal balance of all of such Subsequent Receivables as of such related Subsequent Cutoff Date, shall be not greater than 26%.
