Late and Collection Fees. Late payments may be assessed a monthly late fee of the lesser of 1.5%, or the maximum allowed by law, of the past due balance. Additionally, in the event Advertiser fails to make any payments under this Agreement (including any early termination fees), Advertiser shall pay any fees Xxxx incurs in its collection efforts (including any third-party collection and legal fees).
