Late Application for Payment. 13.8.1 If a final (i.e., not pencil) Application for Payment for a month is received by Project Manager or MSG after the date required by Section 13.3.2, then MSG shall pay Contractor all amounts, less any amount subject to withholding, relating to such Application for Payment no later than thirty (30) Days after Project Manager and MSG receive such Application for Payment.
