Common use of Late At-Sea Monitor Clause in Contracts

Late At-Sea Monitor. In the event that an ASM fails to arrive at the 8 scheduled sail time and/or place; the Vessel Captain must call the PTNS line 9 to obtain a waiver prior to sailing at 1-855-FISHES1 i.e. 0-000-000-0000. If 10 a waiver is issued, the PTNS Cooridinator will notify both the Xxxxxx 00 Manager and Sectors ASM Provider via email (or another agreed upon 12 method of communication)..
