Late Delivery Fee. In the event of a delay in delivery of a B▇▇▇▇▇ supplied Component due to a failure by B▇▇▇▇▇ to comply with known vendor ordering lead times, if such delay causes Product delivery to OASMIA after the Delivery Date (as defined in the COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT), B▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay OASMIA the applicable Late Delivery Fee as set forth below:
