LATE DROP-OFFS. 7.1 If the Customer wishes to drop-off the Vehicle after business hours, they must first get approval from the branch of destination. Failure to obtain authorisation will result in a daily fee of NZ$150 in addition to the daily rate.

The Customer will incur an additional fee of AU$150 per day (in addition to the daily rate being charged) if the Customer fails to obtain such approval from maui prior to the late drop-off of the Vehicle. This late drop-off fee and the additional rental charges will be charged to the Customer’s credit card.

This late drop-off fee and the additional rental charges will be charged to the Customer’s credit or debit card.

This late drop-off fee and the additional rental charges will be charged to the Customer’s credit or debit card.
LATE DROP-OFFS a) If the customer wishes to drop-off the vehicle after the arranged hours for the drop-off, they must first obtain authorization. Failure to obtain authorization and deliver the van at the hours agreed in the Rental Contract will result in an extra daily fee of the triple daily rate, to be paid immediately upon the drop-off.

If the drop off is later than 6pm (even by a minute ex: 6:01) a charge of 10,000yen will be applied for the next hour. 5:00 PM – 6:00PM: 2,000-yen late fee (same day drop off) 6:00 PM – 7:00PM: 10,000yen late fee (same day drop off) No late drop off after 7:00PM, you must bring back the car the next morning. Failure to obtain authorization will result in a daily penalty fee of ¥10,000 in addition to the daily rate. (late fee by hour depends on the season, time and day)
