LATE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES. Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Owner a late fee in the amount stated below for each months rent or other charges that are received 10 (ten) or more days after the due date. The late fee shall be charged each month the rent or any part thereof is past due. Occupant agrees to pay Owner the dishonored check fee stated below plus all bank charges for any dishonored check. These fees are considered additional rent.
