Late Fees and Other Costs. Tenant shall pay a late fee to MSU of $25.00 when an account is not current by the first day of each month. Partial payment of rent due does not xxxxx late fees. Tenant shall pay to MSU all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by MSU in and about the enforcement of the covenants and agreements of this Lease as provided by applicable court rules, statutes or ordinances.
