Late Payment. Collection Costs. All amounts not paid when due shall be assessed an administrative fee equal to 5% of the amount past due. In addition, UnitedLayer may charge interest on all due and unpaid fees at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum interest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower). Customer shall pay to UnitedLayer all costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
