Late Payment; Non-Payment. If Sage or its authorized reseller does not receive any fees owed by the specified due date, those fees shall accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Non-payment of any fees or of any other amounts due to Sage or an authorized reseller is a material breach of this Agreement.
