Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 or 7.7 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices).

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1Conditions 5.1, 7.25.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 5.3 or 7.7 5.4 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b5.5(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)11.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1paragraph (a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4(d), 7.5(e), 7.6 (f) or 7.7 (g) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 9 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(bparagraph (h)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys monies payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)13.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition Conditions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.5 or 7.6 or 7.7 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) or Condition 11, as the case may be, is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b7.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)16.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.18.1, 7.28.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 8.3 or 7.7 8.6 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 11 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b8.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)17.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.18.1, 7.28.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 8.3 or 7.7 above 8.6 or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 11 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b8.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)17.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition Conditions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 7.4 or 7.7 above 7.5 or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 10, as the case may be, is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b7.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)14.

If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.16.1, 7.26.2, 7.36.3, 7.46.4, 7.5, 7.6 6.5 or 7.7 6.6 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 9 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b6.7(b) above over as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar VPS and notice to that effect has been given to the VPS Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)11.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 7.3 or 7.7 7.4 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b7.5(c) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes Note has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar Trustee and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)14.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1paragraph (a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 (d) or 7.7 (e) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(bparagraph (g)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes Note has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders Noteholder in accordance with Condition 14 13 (Notices)) or individually.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.16(a), 7.26(b), 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 6(c) or 7.7 6(e) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 9 or Condition 10, as the case may be, is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b6(f)(ii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the VPS Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)12.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1paragraph (a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 (d) or 7.7 (e) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(bparagraph (g)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes Note has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders Noteholder in accordance with Condition 14 13 (Notices)) or individually.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.16.1, 7.26.2, 7.36.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 6.4 or 7.7 6.5 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b6.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)13.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1Conditions 7(a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4(d), 7.5, 7.6 (e) or 7.7 (f) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 12 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b7(g)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such the Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable repayable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a1) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such the Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b2) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)16.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1paragraph (a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4(d), 7.5, 7.6 (e) or 7.7 (f) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 8 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(bparagraph (g)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes Note has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)12.

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.16.1, 7.26.2, 7.36.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 6.5 or 7.7 6.6 above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 9 (Events of Default) is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(b6.7(b) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (a) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (b) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes has been received by the Principal Paying Fiscal Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 13 (Notices).

Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes. If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to Condition 7.1paragraph (n), 7.2(o), 7.3(p), 7.4(q), 7.5(r), 7.6 (s) or 7.7 (t) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 10 (Events of Default) 9 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in Condition 7.8(bparagraph (t)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of: (ai) the date on which all amounts due in respect of such Zero Coupon Note have been paid; and (bii) five days after the date on which the full amount of the moneys payable in respect of such Zero Coupon Notes Note has been received by the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar and notice to that effect has been given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices)13.
