Common use of Late Registration Fee Clause in Contracts

Late Registration Fee. If the month is not paid by the 1st of the month your child is due to participate in the program, there will be a $25 late fee. If the month is not paid in full on or before the 5th of the month, your child will not be able to participate in the program until the balance is paid. Payment arrangements are available. This will be STRICTLY ENFORCED.
