Late Submissions. A proposal received at the place designated in the RFP for receipt of proposals after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered. Proposals received after the specified time shall be rejected and returned to the respondent unopened.
Late Submissions. Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) will not accept late quotes or modifications to quotes after the closing date and time for receipt of quotes.

For each quarterly network submission that is not submitted by the due date and does not have written approval from HCA prior to the due date for the late submission, HCA may charge the Contractor $1,000 for the first day, and $100 per day thereafter for nonperformance. HCA will notify the Contractor in writing thirty (30) calendar days before deducting the amount from the next batch payment to the Contractor.
Late Submissions. The Government will process late submissions of proposals in accordance with FAR 52.215‐1. If a proposal is received late and is not eligible for consideration, then the Government will reject that proposal without evaluation.

Late Submissions. 6.1 Tenders will be marked with their receipt time upon receipt. Only complete Tenders received before the Closing Time will be considered to have been received on time.
