Late Submissions. A proposal received at the place designated in the RFP for receipt of proposals after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered. Proposals received after the specified time shall be rejected and returned to the respondent unopened.
Late Submissions. Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) will not accept late quotes or modifications to quotes after the closing date and time for receipt of quotes.

If an employee who claims they are fully vaccinated is able to demonstrate to the agency a good faith effort to locate required documentation, HUD will hold any disciplinary action associated with failure to comply with the vaccination requirement in abeyance for a short period of time, pending the employee’s submission of documentation providing proof of vaccination.
Late Submissions. To be considered for selection, bids/proposals must be received by Waynesboro Public Schools by the designated date and hour. The official time used in the receipt of bids/proposals is that time on the clock located at the receptionist desk in the Waynesboro Public Schools Central Office. Bids/proposals received after the date and hour designated are non-responsive, automatically disqualified and will not be considered. Waynesboro Public Schools is not responsible for delays in delivery of mail by the U.S. Postal Service, private couriers, or the intra-school mail system or delivery by any other means. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder/Offeror to ensure his/her bid/proposal reaches Waynesboro Public Schools’ Central Office by the designated date and hour.
