Law Abiding. CONSULTANT shall observe and comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances or regulations affecting their employees, or those engaged by CONSULTANT on the project for the materials or equipment used or for the conduct of the work, and will procure all necessary licenses, permits and claims arising out of any acts of CONSULTANT occurring during this agency relationship.
