Law and Forum for Disputes. The parties agree that any claim or dispute you may have against PayPal arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the Courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other court, however privileged they may be. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Brazil.
