LAW AND JURISDICTION OF NORTHERN IRELAND. Subject to the provisions of clause 42.2 this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Northern Ireland, the Customer and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Northern Ireland Law.
