Common use of LAW AND JURISDICTION OF NORTHERN IRELAND Clause in Contracts

LAW AND JURISDICTION OF NORTHERN IRELAND. 35.1.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.1 this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Northern Ireland, the Contracting Body and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Northern Ireland Law. 35.1.2 This Contract shall be binding upon the Contracting Body and its successors and assignees and the Supplier and the Supplier's successors and permitted assignees.

Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.1 19, this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Northern Ireland, the Contracting Body CUSTOMER and the Supplier SERVICE PROVIDER accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Northern Ireland Law. 35.1.2 37.2. This Contract shall be binding upon the Contracting Body CUSTOMER and its successors and assignees and the Supplier SERVICE PROVIDER and the Supplier's SERVICE PROVIDER’s successors and permitted assignees. 4.2. 2Term and Termination
