LAW AND JURISDICTION OF NORTHERN IRELAND. 37.1. Subject to the provisions of Clause 19, this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Northern Ireland, the CUSTOMER and the SERVICE PROVIDER accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Northern Ireland Law. 37.2. This Contract shall be binding upon the CUSTOMER and its successors and assignees and the SERVICE PROVIDER and the SERVICE PROVIDER’s successors and permitted assignees. 4.2. 2Term and Termination
