Law and Place of Enforcement of this Resolution. The Resolution shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. All suits and actions arising out of this Resolution shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Nebraska except to the extent necessary for enforcement, by any trustee or receiver appointed by or pursuant to the provisions of this Resolution, or remedies under this Resolution.
