LAW AND PROCEEDINGS. 14.1 This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction named within the section of this Agreement entitled `Principal Bank and Governing Law'. Both parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that named jurisdiction in respect to any proceedings which may be initiated in connection with this Agreement. 14.2 You agree that any of the Services provided by us to you shall be deemed to be provided in the jurisdiction named pursuant to Clause 14.1,irrespective of where a User accesses an e-Channel or uses the Services (if such access or use is in a different jurisdiction).
