Common use of Law and Venue Clause in Contracts

Law and Venue. Any dispute under this Contract or related to this Contract is governed by all provisions of the Oregon Constitution and laws of Oregon governing, controlling, or affecting District, or the property, funds, operations, or powers of District, which are incorporated herein by reference.
