Law Enforcement Response to Sexual Offenses. The (law enforcement agency) receiving information about sexual penetration or criminal sexual contact pursuant to Article 3.12 of this Agreement must promptly dispatch an officer, or immediately dispatch an officer where the circumstances so warrant, to undertake an investigation and to take such actions as may be appropriate and necessary to prevent future sexual offenses from occurring.
