Law Governing Arbitration Procedures. The interpretation of the provisions of this Article III, only insofar as they relate to the agreement to arbitrate and any procedures pursuant thereto, shall be governed by the Arbitration Act, as amended, and other applicable federal law. In all other respects, the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed as set forth in Section 4.02.
