Law Governing Letter of Credit. Each Letter of Credit issued hereunder shall be governed, as applicable, by (i) the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), Publication 500, or any subsequent revision or restatement thereof adopted by the ICC and in use by Lender or (ii) the International Standby Practices, ICC Publication No. 590, or any subsequent revision or restatement thereof adopted by the ICC and in use by Lender, except to the extent that the terms of such publication would limit or diminish rights granted to Lender hereunder or in any other Loan Document.
