Law of Texas. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall be enforced in the Webb County, Texas.
Law of Texas. This Agreement, the Notes and, the other Loan Documents shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Whenever possible each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement shall be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

Law of Texas. This Amended Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall be enforced in the primary County of the applicable judicial district.
Law of Texas. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall be enforced in Webb County, Texas. The Parties agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this contract shall be tried in the State Courts located in Webb County, Texas. Consultant waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or to object to such venue and hereby consents to any court ordered relief.
