Law or Regulation Clause Samples

A Law or Regulation clause defines the requirement for parties to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and governmental regulations relevant to the agreement. This clause typically obligates each party to ensure their actions, products, or services under the contract adhere to current legal standards, such as labor laws, environmental regulations, or industry-specific rules. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for legal compliance, thereby reducing the risk of unlawful conduct and potential legal disputes between the parties.
