Common use of Lawful compliance Clause in Contracts

Supplier and its employees will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations of governmental authorities and with the rules and regulations of the University and its insurers while on the University's premises. To verify compliance with the foregoing, Supplier will permit University officials to inspect Supplier's on-site operations at any time.
