Laws and Approvals. (i) In carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, each Party shall comply with all applicable Laws. A Party shall not be considered or held to be in breach of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of such compliance. (ii) The Parties agree that the obligations of Sellers under this Agreement are subject to the continued effectiveness of the PSC and the receipt and maintenance of all requisite approvals required under Law.
