Laws and Codes. Both parties shall observe and comply with and give all notices required by all “Laws” defined as all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations (including, without limitation, labor union rules and requirements that are applicable to the venue location), and lawful orders of any public authority, whether existing at present or later enacted, bearing on the performance of this Agreement. Each party shall notify the other if it becomes aware of any noncompliance with the Laws in connection with this Agreement and shall take all appropriate action necessary to ensure compliance with the Laws. Additionally, Sponsor shall comply with the Council of Medical Specialty Societies Code for Interactions with Companies, American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics, ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, Physician Payments Sunshine Act (currently operating as the Open Payments program), AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with U.S. Health Care Professionals, and PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals, as applicable.

Laws and Codes. Each party must comply with all applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations when performing any repairs, changes, alterations, and additions, which may be required by this agreement. Personnel performing electrical work must hold the required licenses.
Laws and Codes. The Consultant shall perform the scope of services under this Agreement in conformance with, and shall design any improvements in compliance with, all applicable construction, building and health codes, Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) requirements, and other applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations and laws, specifically including, without limitation, any requirements of the Authority’s Fire/Rescue and Aviation Security Departments, and any other entities having jurisdiction with respect to the Work, as the same now exist or may hereafter become effective through the completion of the Work. Each of the aforesaid persons must carry his/her OSHA 10-Hour Card when on the Project site. Any of the aforesaid persons found on the Project site without proof of successful completion of the OSHA 10 course may be removed from the site.
Laws and Codes. The Lessee undertakes to comply with all laws, regulations and codes applicable to its use of the Leased Equipment, including all provincial and municipal codes when using cylinders, tanks, or any other pressurized containers and undertakes to close them after use.
Laws and Codes. 4.3.1 The DBE shall comply with all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances and shall give notices as applicable. DBE shall prepare and file all documents required to obtain the necessary approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the work and shall secure and pay as part of the NTE Amount, for all plan check and permits fees, licenses and inspections required, including any fees charged by DSA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the DSA Project Inspector and the third party special inspection and materials testing laboratory services will be paid for by the District. 4.3.2 DBE shall promptly notify the District, in writing, of variances observed between the Contract Documents and applicable laws. If no notice is provided to the District, the DBE shall bear responsibility for any costs for work performed known to be contrary to applicable laws. 4.3.3 DBE is subject to all laws, rules, or regulations pertaining to building permits or regulating the design or construction of buildings upon District property and shall be solely responsible for meeting these requirements.

  • Laws and Regulations All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.

  • Applicable Laws The Contractor agrees to conduct all activities under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, directives, standards, ordinances, and laws, in effect or promulgated during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. When required, the Contractor shall furnish H-GAC with satisfactory proof of its compliance therewith.

  • APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION 7.1. The usage of EHSAN AUCTIONEERS SDN. BHD. website together with the terms and conditions hereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 7.2. The laws of Malaysia shall regulate and apply to all electronic transactions of immoveable property by public auction. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the electronic transaction of immoveable property by public auction shall subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
